If someone is viewing the forum using a mobile browser, where the screen resolution is much lower, can we force avatars down to a smaller size, say 128x128.

The theme doesn't have a mobile version, so I'm under the impression it acts under normal browser settings regardless of what device it comes from. My recommendation is lower the size for regular viewing as well, and maybe I can look into an add-on for the theme for Belorn one of these days.
