Removing the statistics at the bottom, I don't think they serve any useful purpose.

The lower board index link, seems a bit superfluous, I think the top one is enough.

Can you move the moderator control panel button to the very bottom next to the administration one.

Something I just thought of: can we have a link in the header back to the website? It's kind of annoying have to go into bookmarks to get back there from the forums. Maybe a "Main Website" or "Return to website"; something simple.
