A little about yourself: Im 39 yo stay at home dad, with 2 kids 5 and 7 both heading off to school this year. Im a vetran of many MMO's have run many guilds and held leadership positions in them. I understand game mechanics, group dynamics, and raid running. Basically im not a noob when it comes to stuctured end game guilds, I like to keep things drama free, light hearted with lots of laughs.
