A little about yourself:
I've been playing RPG's and MMO's for well over two decades. I've played and raided end-game content in EQ, LOTRO, WoW (Boo Hiss), EVE, Runescape, DaoC, DDO, AoU, AoC, Rifts, and a dozen other MMO's. I had avoided playing GW2 for whatever reason (I can't even remember), but was recently convinced, along with several other members of our DotD guild, by Silk (Pete) to get it and play. It's either because I'm a gamer and he knows I would enjoy it, or he doesn't think we spend enough quality alone-time together irl, forming deep emotional bonds that go beyond the limits of where we currently are.
I know I have little to no (mostly no) experience playing GW2, but my rate of assimilation is immense and it shouldn't take long for me to get myself situated.
