Game Servers (Other Games)

I have a quad core SFF server that is just currently sitting around my office that I would like to put to use. I have a fiber connection to go along with it. So I guess the question is, what should I do with it? I feel putting up some game servers would be quite appropriate for it's hardware. Thoughts? Ideas? Suggestions?

We use to have a minecraft server that is no longer up. Maybe a new one would be cool. Not sure if others are interested though.

MineCraft, huh? I have yet to buy that game, however I have played it. Would be easy enough to make happen if that is what we wanted.

I have a 2nd account in minecraft that I give out to pepole to try it out.
