In-game name and level: Lord Zex level 80
Age: 27
Timezone and times usually on: U.S. Central time 7-8am 6-10pm I play even more on most weekends
Style (PvP, PvE, WvW Etc.): I play all styles but have not been able to do much in terms of Spvp tournaments
PvP Experience (rank, accomplishments, etc.): Rank 75, Ranger; Rank 5 Necromancer
Professions played in PvP: Primarily Mesmer and Ranger with over 150 rounds of each. I'm working on my warrior skills too.
PvE Experience (accomplishments, dungeons, etc.): I'm on fractal 18 and have completed all paths of all dungeons atleast once. I have 8500+ achievement points right now.
Professions played in PvE: I have a level 80 of each
Crafts and their levels: I have a maxed crafting of each kind.
Previous Guilds: Knights of Goo, of which I am the leader. This is a small guild of my real life friends./ DMG, of which I am no longer a member./ OS, of which I was a member for almost 5 mins/ AS, of which I am currently a member in good standing.
Reason for leaving previous guild: The senior officers of OS were very abrasive an hard to talk with. The leader of DMG was very sick for nearly 2 months. When he returned he went through the members list and dropped me because I primarily represented AS. Who wouldn't have switched given the level of inactivity on the leadership's part? I am currently looking to leave AS due to a major shakeup in the leadership. Essentially the story for AS goes like this; there were five leaders. After being a member of AS for almost 3 months the leadership decides to impose a guild wide tax on it's members to fund the guild arena that was not being utilized. Almost 2 weeks after the decision to impose the tax four of the five leaders decided to change servers to FA. They left almost no notice. Additionally, when I joined I was looking for people to WvW with and participation in the WvW area is almost nonexistent at this point.
Why you want to join [ZoS]?: I want to join ZOS because every time I'm in WvW I see you guys. I have no idea what kind of coordination you have but the level of participation makes me hopeful.
How long have you been playing the game (hours)?: I began playing GW2 during the early launch and have played A TON since, 8500+ achievement points.
Do you have Team Speak 3 and a working microphone?: I will begin downloading the software as soon as I submit my request to join ZOS. I have a mic.
Have you read and do you agree with our rules?: I agree to your rules.
A little about yourself: Gaming: I have played GW since it's launch back in 2004. I am an avid fan of role playing games and have played many of them. I also enjoy large scale FPS games like the Battlefield series. It's probably a good time to mention that I have a small group of friends that I play nearly every game with and a LAN setup in my house for six PCs. The friends that I play with over my LAN will likely submit requests to join based on my evaluation of ZOS. There are about four of them. In real life I'm a prior U.S. Army vet that served six years and completed two deployments to Iraq. I am currently a graduate student studying finance in preparation for the CFA examination. So.....I basically read a math text book each week.
