Promotions
Over the course of January we have seen many Zealots rise in the ranks within ZoS. First, we had a new Arch Zealot promoted, Lemi Winks! Second, our High Zealot elections took place where we welcomed some new officers into the fold, you can find them at this link. Third, we had two new Mist Zealots added this month, Dorn and Xaidy, and one new Veteran Zealot, Sky! Finally we had many new Zealots join us after their initiation period, including ArcanistSeven, Patron, Jaxon Tina, and Yenna Quickblade. We are excited to have all these members promoted, and look forward to their continued contributions to the guild!

January Lotto
The first lotto of 2015 sold 660 tickets! Winner of the first prize, Yenna Quickblade, won 80% of the total gold collected, 520g. Second place, which won 10% of the gold collected, was Tennaris with 65g. Lastly, the third prize winner,Dinks, won 10g. The very successful lotto brought in 65g for the guild!
The February Lotto is starting up now! Tickets can be purchased at 1g each, maximum of 10 tickets per person. All money can be mailed to Black Ham Rising. Please include your account name in your mail to make it easier on those organizing the lotto.

Events
Triple Trouble Wurm - The event has been going on twice a week for a few weeks now. There has been a change to one of the days. Previously we had a Wurm kill every Sunday at 5:30pm PST, that day has now been moved to Thursdays at 5:30pm PST, still with ATT. The other day has stayed the same, Saturday nights at 6:30pm PST with EG. Make sure to keep up to date on events in the Message of the Day on the Guild Roster in game and on the forums, there will be some new events coming in February and some established events moving to new days/times.

Changes to TeamSpeak
The first of the changes is the new ZoS Banner, thank you Dinks and Nestor for collaborating together to give our teamspeak more flair. The other change to teamspeak includes all the channels in the Non-GW2 section. All of these channels now have the same permissions as the Public channels, meaning your friends that are not in the guild can now see those channels and can use them with you while playing other games such as Battlefield, Minecraft, Diablo 3, etc.

Changes to Rules
We have updated rule 9 that covers our repping policy for members in ZoS. The new rule states
only main accounts using "Northern Shiverpeaks" as their home world are permitted in ZoS. Alternate accounts may be accepted on a case-by-case basis but will be removed if the guild approaches its membership cap. While in ZoS, please represent at all times: ZoS is a community, and by joining ZoS you have agreed to be a part of it. An exception is made for using personal guild banks, which is only permitted in main cities (i.e., Lion's Arch, Rata Sum, etc.) or guild-sanctioned world events (i.e., world events run by guilds such as TTS and the like) . Members must represent at all times in World vs World (see World vs World rules). Failure to follow any of the above will result in a warning or more severe action.

The rule has not changed since its previous version aside from the rewording, we hope this makes things more clear for both members and those interested in joining the guild in the future.
